We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle of our US entity. You will keep our financial records accurate and compliant with US regulations, and you will give management clear,
timely financial reporting. This is a fully remote position.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders (CPAs, tax advisors, state/federal tax bodies) to ensure smooth financial workflows in a fast-paced e-commerce ecosystem. What You'll Do
• Record and maintain all journal entries in the general ledger in Business Central.
• Process and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable (received and issued invoices).
• Calculate and record accruals and provisions.
• Prepare monthly closings within the agreed deadlines.
• Manage US tax compliance: sales and use tax, 1099 reporting, franchise and state taxes, and support for fe
