Description
We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage CFI’s social media channels and digital campaigns in Colombia. The role focuses on driving qualified account openings, growing brand awareness, and creating engaging, compliant content tailored to the local market. Adecuado candidates have experience in paid media, social media management, and performance marketing within a regulated industry.

Main Responsibilities
Performance campaigns
• Come up with new campaign ideas for Colombia,



each with a clear audience, hook and test plan, and pitch them to the marketing team.
• Build and run campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager, including targeting, budgets, bidding and tracking.
• Write creative briefs for design and video, and replace ads before their results start to fade.
• Test hooks, formats, audiences and landing pages one variable at a time, and keep a log of what won and why.
• Read results in HubSpot next to the ad platforms. Judge campaigns on completed accounts, not clicks, likes or cheap leads.
• Recommend which campaigns to scale, fix or stop, with the numbers behind each call.
• Know each platform’s ad policies for financial services, and plan campaigns that pass review the first time.
