In this role, you’ll influence large-scale data strategy, work with integral teams, and contribute to impactful solutions in a collaborative and innovative culture.WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Build consolidated data foundations and dashboards to support workforce analytics;- Develop single sources of truth for business data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency;- Implement and optimize data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics platforms;- Enable advanced analytics and data science use cases, including anomaly detection, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.MUST HAVES:- 10+ years of experience in SQL (Snowflake/Cloud platform: AWS preferred);- 10+ years of experience in Python;- 10+ years of experience in workflow orchestration and building end-to-end data pipelines (Airflow, Git

Hub, etc.);- 10+ years of experience in strong data modeling, data warehousing,
