We are developing the next-generation technology layer for credit unions and creating simpler, more innovative financial services. www.blossom.net We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Support & Implementations team and lead technology projects for Credit Union clients, coordinating teams, stakeholders, and vendors from planning through delivery. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology environments. - Solid experience in customer service and client-facing roles. - Previous experience in Fintech and working directly with U.S.-based clients. - Experience managing implementations or implementation projects.



- Strong English communication skills, especially in client-facing environments. - Strong organization, planning, and follow-up skills. - Ability to prioritize multiple topics, manage pressure, and meet deadlines. - Strong ownership and accountability throughout project processes. - Experience leading multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zoho, or similar tools. - Knowledge of IT processes, software development, and technology environments. - SQL knowledge is a plus. - English level C1 – Advanced.
