About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workers’ compensation legal assistant to support a U.S.-based law firm specializing in workplace injury claims. This role is idóneo for candidates with prior experience assisting U.S. attorneys in workers’ compensation matters who are looking for long-term professional growth within a structured and stable remote environment.You will work directly with attorneys, paralegals, medical providers, and clients, becoming an essential part of the firm’s daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with workers’ compensation case management from intake through resolution.Draft and prepare legal documents, forms, and correspondenceRequest and follow up on medical records and billing statements.Coordinate client communication and case updates.Maintain accurate case files and deadlines within case management systems.Schedule depositions, hearings,
