The ideal candidate should have strong accounting experience, knowledge of Latin American business practices, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders across different countries.Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)EducationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Professional accounting certification is an advantage.ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting.Experience working within multinational or shared service environments.Exposure to Mexican finance operations is highly preferred.T echnical SkillsStrong understanding of:General Ledger accountingMonth-end and year-end closingBalance sheet reconciliationsFixed assetsIntercompany accountingExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics,
