We are seeking a Delivery Manager with strong artificial intelligence experience to lead complex technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage projects through their complete lifecycle, ensuring delivery results contribute to organizational goals

Act as the main coordination point between internal functions and external project partners

Develop delivery plans that establish realistic schedules, major milestones, and effective resource allocation

Oversee several workstreams at once, identifying emerging issues and applying corrective actions early

Facilitate regular progress meetings and provide clear status reporting to leadership and stakeholders

Build trusted customer relationships by staying responsive to evolving needs and delivery expectations

Lead cross-functional teams by promoting collaboration, accountability, and shared responsibility

Negotiate updates to project scope, budgets, and timelines when delivery conditions require change

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improved methods across assigned initiatives

Help team members overcome obstacles by removing blockers and providing practical delivery support

Maintain quality expectations throughout planning, execution, and project completion

Contribute to workforce planning and recommend team structures that reflect delivery requirements

Requirements





At least five years of relevant experience in an engineering or technical environment

Two or more years of experience in senior, team-lead, management, or ownership roles

Demonstrated success managing delivery teams with five or more full-time members

Strong understanding of solution architecture along with practical expertise in Agentic AIPython scripting skills supported by a foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies

Broad experience applying project management and delivery management practices across different initiatives

Hands-on background coordinating technology-focused projects through digital project management methods

Knowledge of delivery practices for cloud-based environments and infrastructure

Experience managing digital marketing projects, campaigns, or associated delivery activities

English communication skills at B2 level or above

Nice to haveA relevant professional credential, particularly one related to product management, would be an advantage
