About the Role
We're looking for a technically savvy, highly organized operations generalist to help manage the day-to-day technical and operational needs of our growing business.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of technical operations, partner tech operations, campaign execution, creative compliance, and process improvement. You'll work closely with our affiliate team, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure campaigns launch smoothly, technical integrations function properly, and operational workflows run efficiently.
You'll be responsible for everything from partner onboarding and technical troubleshooting to coordinating creative approvals, managing campaign configurations, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
We're not looking for someone who needs a rigid job description or constant direction. We're looking for someone who can juggle multiple priorities, recognize what needs attention, take ownership, and figure out how to get things done.
This is an operations-first role that requires strong technical aptitude, not a traditional software engineering position.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner & Campaign Operations
- Own the operational and technical setup of new partners, campaigns, and traffic sources, ensuring launches are accurate, timely, and seamless.
- Work closely with the affiliate team and external partners to coordinate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical or operational roadblocks.
- Manage campaign configurations, tracking implementations, payout updates, and other technical adjustments across our platforms.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of various partner integrations,
lead delivery systems, and marketing technologies.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for operational and technical requests, communicating clearly and keeping projects moving without unnecessary delays.
Creative Approvals & Workflow Management
- Manage high-volume creative approval workflows, coordinating between external partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Track submissions, feedback, revisions, and approvals to ensure timely turnaround and accurate documentation.
- Maintain organized records and processes to ensure campaigns meet internal requirements and client expectations.
- Identify bottlenecks and develop more efficient systems for managing recurring approvals and operational requests.
Technical Troubleshooting & Support
- Investigate and resolve tracking discrepancies, integration issues, data inconsistencies, and other technical challenges.
- Perform quality assurance checks on partner setups, campaign launches, tracking, and lead delivery processes.
- Collaborate with internal technical resources when necessary, while independently resolving issues within your scope.
- Proactively monitor workflows and identify potential problems before they impact campaign performance or partner relationships.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve operational workflows across teams.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, streamline repetitive tasks, improve documentation, and increase overall efficiency.
- Build and maintain organized processes that can scale as the company grows.
- Help develop SOPs, internal resources, and reporting systems that reduce friction and improve execution.
- Adapt quickly as new partnerships, channels, tools, and business priorities emerge.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in technical operations, marketing operations, affiliate operations, ad operations, or a similarly technical and execution-focused role.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new platforms, troubleshoot integrations, and navigate unfamiliar systems independently.
- Familiarity with performance marketing technologies, tracking platforms, APIs, pixels, or lead management systems is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of requests, projects, and competing priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, solve problems, and optimize workflows. We want someone who actively explores how technology can make them more effective.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. You don't wait for someone to tell you there's a problem or exactly how to solve it.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly and responsibilities aren't always neatly defined.
- Strong sense of accountability and follow-through. If you own something, you see it through to completion.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while knowing when to communicate, collaborate, or escalate.
Bonus Points
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as TUNE, Everflow, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with lead generation, ping/post integrations, call tracking, or performance marketing campaign setups.
- Experience with workflow automation tools, CRM systems, or project management platforms.
- Experience working directly with affiliate publishers, advertisers, or external marketing partners.
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, or basic API troubleshooting.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 90 days, success means:
- Seamless partner launches: New partners, campaigns, and integrations are set up accurately and efficiently, with minimal delays or unnecessary back-and-forth.
- Operational ownership: The affiliate team and external partners can rely on you to handle technical requests, troubleshoot issues, and keep workflows moving without constant follow-up.
- Efficient creative approvals: High-volume approval processes are organized, responsive, and consistently managed.
- Proactive problem-solving: You're identifying issues, anticipating needs, and resolving operational bottlenecks before they become larger problems.
- Smarter processes: You've identified and implemented meaningful improvements, including AI-powered efficiencies and automation where appropriate.
- Independence and adaptability: You've demonstrated that you can manage competing priorities, pivot quickly, and take ownership of new challenges with minimal oversight.
The Bottom Line
We're looking for someone who is equal parts technical, operational, and resourceful. Someone who can manage the details, solve problems, keep people aligned, and make sure things get done.
This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in a growing company, take ownership of important processes, and help build the operational infrastructure that supports our next stage of growth.
