Responsible for leading the Private Events sales function while personally contributing to club revenue through new business and customer acquisition. The Sales Director serves as a player/coach, accountable for individual sales performance as well as the overall sales performance of the club.
This role partners with Sales Leadership, the General Manager, and Club Operations to establish sales strategies, develop the sales team, manage pipeline performance, and maximize Private Events revenue.
Primary Responsibilities include the following:
- Drive lead generation through cold-calling, business development, networking, referrals, and strategic account development
- Personally manage a qualified sales pipeline while providing leadership, direction,



and accountability for the Private Events sales team
- Establish and execute sales strategies that drive new business, repeat business, referrals, and overall revenue growth
- Lead regular pipeline and performance reviews, identifying activity, conversion, pipeline, and forecast gaps and creating action plans to improve results
- Coach and develop sales and coordination team members on discovery, tours, value-based selling, objection handling, negotiation, and follow-up
- Deliver compelling, tailored club tours for qualified prospects and lead the team in creating a consistent and differentiated client experience
- Accurately forecast revenue, monitor booking activity and sales performance, identify trends, revenue gaps, and adjust strategies to achieve individual and club goals
