You'll take inbound calls with job seekers, qualify candidates using AI-powered skill assessments, and route qualified talent to open roles. This is an inbound sales-style role that frees up leadership to focus on business development—no recruiting experience needed, just professionalism and a strong work ethic.Responsibilities:Conduct intake calls with job seekers and gather relevant background, skills, and job preferencesAdminister Claude AI skill-assessment questions to screen candidatesEvaluate candidate fit against open roles and job descriptionsSubmit qualified candidates to the hiring team with clear notes and recommendationsCoordinate with leadership on role availability and call schedulingTrack key metrics (e.G., interview rates)
