Job Title: Oracle SCM Functional Consultant – Incident Management

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to support business-side incident management across Oracle EBS and Supply Chain Management processes. The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting supply chain issues, supporting order and inventory processes, resolving production incidents, and coordinating with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support and incident resolution for Oracle EBS and Supply Chain Management applications.
- Troubleshoot issues related to supply planning, order management, shipping, and inventory.
- Analyze business incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams.
- Support supply planning processes, including planning exceptions and supply-demand issues.
- Resolve order processing, shipment, inventory,



and related operational issues.
- Support B2B operations involving repair, ordering, replacement, and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely incident resolution.
- Track incidents, document resolutions, and identify recurring issues to improve operational efficiency.
- Support Pega-related workflows and incident management processes, as applicable.
