As the manager of the Professional Services division, you will lead a team of highly qualified engineers and consultants who provide large-scale solutions to corporate clients.

Your mission is to ensure high-quality execution, drive the team’s utilization and billing rate goals, expand the service offering nationwide/offerings globally, and serve as a strategic liaison with clients.

Required Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in network engineering, cybersecurity, cloud security, technical implementation, or a related technical field.
- Foundational knowledge of enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of CASB concepts, including SaaS visibility, cloud application security, access control, and data protection.
- Working knowledge of SD-WAN technologies, including routing, connectivity, application-aware traffic steering, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks technologies, preferably Prisma SD-WAN, Prisma Access, Strata Cloud Manager, or related SASE solutions.




- Ability to lead structured technical sessions, troubleshoot implementation issues, and document technical findings.
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with CASB or Prisma SD-WAN deployment projects.
- Experience with Palo Alto Networks cloud security or SASE implementation methodologies.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Palo Alto Networks certifications such as PCCET, PCNSA, or relevant SASE/SD-WAN certifications.
- Experience with customer workshops, technical consulting, solution migration, cutovers, and knowledge transfer.
- Familiarity with project scope management, change control, and time-and-materials engagements.
- Advanced English
