Hiring: Cold Caller (Remote, Part-Time)

Sunshine Integral Talent helps U.S. business owners hire bilingual virtual assistants. We’re looking for a confident, driven cold caller to book appointments with small home service businesses in Florida (painters, roofers, plumbers and more).

What you’ll do:

- Call small business owners from a lead list we provide (manual dialing only)
- Use a short, proven script to start conversations
- Book qualified meetings on my calendar
- Track every call in a Google Sheet

What we’re looking for:

- Fluent, clear English (Spanish is a plus)
- Cold calling or sales experience preferred, but hunger matters more
- Comfortable hearing “no” and moving to the next call
- Quiet space, good internet and a headset




- Available 3–4 hours a day between 9 am and 5 pm Florida time (Mon–Fri)

Pay:

- $5/hour
- + $100 bonus for every closed deal from a meeting you booked
- Paid trial week to start, with the chance to grow with the company
