About the Role

Are you a Senior Product Designer passionate about creating intuitive experiences for complex enterprise products and AI-powered solutions?

We’re looking for an experienced UX Product Designer with a strong background in B2B enterprise applications, user research, and data-driven product design. In this role, you’ll turn complex business and user needs into intuitive, impactful experiences, helping shape AI/ML-powered workflows, analytics dashboards, and data visualization solutions.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams in a global, cross-functional environment. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, confidently leads discovery, communicates design decisions effectively, and drives projects forward with minimal supervision—from initial research through implementation.

What You’ll Do

- Lead user research and discovery: Conduct user and stakeholder interviews, facilitate discovery sessions and workshops, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Design intuitive product experiences: Create end-to-end user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.
- Shape AI-powered experiences: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to design AI/ML-driven workflows and data-intensive user experiences.
- Build effective dashboards and visualizations: Apply best practices in dashboard design, analytics platforms, and data visualization to make complex information clear and actionable.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration: Present design concepts, communicate decisions, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and align teams around user-centered solutions.
- Partner with Engineering:



Understand technical constraints, support implementation, and perform UX quality assurance to ensure design intent is delivered.
- Take ownership: Identify opportunities, navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems independently, and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal direction.

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design, working with complex enterprise B2B applications.
- Strong user research skills, including user and stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and workshop facilitation.
- Experience designing AI/ML-powered products, workflows, or data-driven user experiences.
- Expertise in dashboard design, analytics platforms, and data visualization best practices.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to solve ambiguous problems.
- Experience working directly with Engineering teams, understanding technical constraints, and conducting UX QA.
- Proficiency in Figma, Jira, and modern design systems.
- Strong skills in creating end-to-end user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate and collaborate confidently with global stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Claude, Figma AI, or similar emerging technologies.
