We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in IT recruitment to support end-to-end hiring for technical roles. The idóneo candidate will have a proven track record sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier technology talent in fast-paced environments, while effectively managing client and stakeholder relationships.

This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to partner with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (software engineering, infrastructure, data, cloud, DevOps, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies
- Source and attract high-quality IT talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and direct sourcing strategies
- Conduct screening interviews to assess technical experience, skills, and cultural fit
- Maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs
- Coordinate interview processes, feedback loops, and offer management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Support employer branding initiatives and market mapping activities

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (IT-focused roles)
- Proven experience recruiting for software development and technology positions
- Strong understanding of IT skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.)
- Experience managing client-facing recruitment processes or external stakeholders
- English proficiency: B2–C1 (intermediate to advanced professional level)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
