Purpose of the Position
- Provision of global technical support for incoming inquiries for the financial accounting SAP modules projects (e.g. S/4 Upgrade, IFRS15, IAS29)
- Assurance of service-oriented analysis, pre-qualification and fulfillment of incoming service requests, incidents, or fast-track demands
- Planning and execution of maintenance and Lifecycle activities (e.g. OSS-Notes, Archiving, Auditor support)
- Delivery and working in IT Projects the area of Finance & Controlling depending on skill level in regional and global projects (e.g. S/4 Upgrade, IFRS15, IAS29)
- Work in a integral team for continuous further development of solutions and improvements
Knowledge & Skills
- Soft Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Technically enthusiastic and willing to learn attitude is required
- Ability to work unsupervised in a multi-task environment in a global team
Technical Skills
- Proven background and extensive knowledge in SAP FI/CO module
- Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA is a plus
- SAP module know-how (MM/SD) is a plus
- Experience in understanding financial business processes and solution configuration related to SAP FI, CO, SAP templates, and Best Practices
