Position Overview
Find Job Latam is looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–3 years of hands‑on IT recruitment experience to join our fully remote team. The idóneo candidate is comfortable sourcing technology professionals across Latin America, managing candidates through an ATS, conducting initial screenings and interviews in English, and keeping a strong, organized recruitment pipeline.
This role requires a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing skills, attention to detail, excellent follow‑up, and an AI‑driven mindset. Experience with Manatal is preferred, although experience with other ATS platforms is welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified IT professionals across Latin America for opportunities with U.S. and international companies.
- Use Boolean Search and other sourcing techniques to identify relevant candidates efficiently.
- Work with an ATS to organize candidate information, manage pipelines, update candidate stages, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct candidate screening calls and initial interviews to assess technical background, communication skills, English proficiency, availability, and overall fit.
- Interview candidates in English when required.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely communication and follow‑up throughout the process.
- Maintain consistent candidate engagement and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with the Find Job Latam team to understand job requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
