Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Senior Product Designer, Design Systems, to own how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a token-based system with tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute with precision. This is a senior, systems-first role. You will stand up new systems quickly across several client brands at once, ensuring consistency and rigor across diverse projects.
