Are you ready to take on a key role in a fast-paced, dynamic industry? Join us as a Reservation Agent with Global Reach Sourcing, which supports the largest, independent, luxury chauffeured transportation provider in its industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of service reservations via phone calls and emails, including booking new trips, modifying existing itineraries, processing cancellations, and resolving customer inquiries

Accurately enter and manage trip-related data using our transportation reservation system

Input and verify information in internal databases and platforms

Adapt to high-volume event seasons, efficiently handling increased calls, emails, and fast-paced booking updates

Maintain and update administrative records to ensure everything stays organized and up-to-date

Support the operations team with various back-office tasks

Use Microsoft Excel to organize data, create basic reports, and perform simple data analysis

Qualifications

Strong spoken and written English skills are required

Full availability to work assigned schedules that may include evening hours, nights, or weekends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable handling high volumes of phone calls and email correspondence with strong etiquette and a customer-focused approach

Ability to thrive during busy event seasons while staying organized

Self-motivated, goal-oriented,



and able to work independently

Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Work Environment & Schedule:

In-office position located in Medellin

Schedule: Full Time (Full availability required)

Training Schedule: Monday through Friday during morning and afternoon hours

Operational Schedule: Shift schedules will be assigned based on operational needs upon completing training

Comprehensive training and ongoing support provided

Compensation

2’500.000 – 3’000.000 COP, depending on the hours worked and experience (Salary range listed does not include additional compensation required as a result of applicable Colombian labor laws)

Indefinite contract with full benefits
