Job Title: Remote Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location: Remote, Latin America

Compensation: Up to USD 2,000 per month, based on experience

About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst role supporting corporate billing and collections.

Position Overview:

Support the complete order-to-cash process, working with billing and account management teams to resolve accounts receivable issues and collect outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review and analyze client invoices and release invoices on time.
- Maintain billing performance measures and respond to client payment questions.
- Help customers with ACH, lockbox and third-party payment processes.
- Resolve billing issues, reconcile account discrepancies and disputes, and coordinate with account managers.




- Provide cash application documentation and support improvements to billing and collections processes.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma and a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- At least three years of high-volume corporate collections experience.
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with third-party collections management systems.
- Strong organization, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
- Reliable internet and a workspace suitable for remote work.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Experience improving collections or billing processes.
