Job Title: Remote Property Management Coordinator

Location: Remote, Latin America

Salary: Up to USD 2,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Schedule: US-aligned hours, confirmed by the employer.

Independent contractor position.

About the Role:

Support residential property management businesses with tenant relations, maintenance coordination, leasing support and daily property operations. Relevant experience with US or Canadian portfolios is valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to tenant questions, requests and concerns, assist with lease notices and renewals, and handle escalations professionally.
- Log maintenance requests, coordinate vendors, follow up on completion and keep residents informed of timelines.
- Track tickets and maintain accurate property records and operational systems.
- Support lease modifications, move-in and move-out processes, and inspection coordination.
- Use systems such as Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, Property Meld and related tools.
- Provide clear customer service to tenants,



owners and vendors and follow through on multiple property tasks.

Qualifications:

- Property management experience is preferred, including tenant relations, leasing, maintenance coordination or inspections. Closely related real estate operations experience is also relevant.
- Strong written and spoken English, customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organization and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple properties or operational tasks and work independently remotely.
- Familiarity with US and North American business practices.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience with Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, RentVine or Property Meld.
- A background in business administration, real estate or operations.
- Familiarity with basic property management financial processes.
