We are seeking a dependable and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to support our growing organization. This role provides hands‑on technical support to employees while helping maintain a modern SaaS and cloud‑based environment.
Our technology environment includes Google Workspace, Zoom, HubSpot, AWS, and security and compliance systems used for logging, monitoring, and data protection. Google Workspace administration is a core part of the environment, including user lifecycle management, access controls, and shared drive permissions.
This position combines traditional IT help desk support with opportunities to improve systems, automate repetitive tasks, and strengthen operational efficiency. We value engineers who look for ways to eliminate recurring issues through automation, documentation, and system improvements rather than simply resolving the same ticket repeatedly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to help desk tickets, including password resets, account access issues, application errors, and device troubleshooting
- Supporting users across SaaS platforms,



including Google Workspace, Zoom, HubSpot, AWS, and other internal business applications, ensuring proper access, security, and configuration
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and account setup
- Administering Google Workspace users, groups, permissions, and shared drives
- Assisting with AWS IAM access requests and troubleshooting authentication issues
- Supporting macOS and Windows laptops through troubleshooting and configuration
- Managing identity and access controls, including MFA configuration and troubleshooting
- Assisting with security and compliance tools used for logging, monitoring, and data loss prevention (DLP)
- Reviewing system logs and alerts to help diagnose and resolve user issues
- Writing simple scripts or automation to reduce repetitive support tasks
- Maintaining documentation and improving internal knowledge base articles
