About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Reconciliation & Payments Implementation Specialist with approximately 3 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in banking, fintech, payment processing, acquiring, or financial technology companies .
The idóneo candidate combines strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to understand business processes, investigate transaction discrepancies, and implement technology-driven solutions.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to implement and optimize financial reconciliation processes, payment integrations, and automated financial workflows using a No-Code/Low-Code platform.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Approximately 3 years in banking, fintech, financial operations, financial analysis, payment processing, or financial reconciliation.
- Financial Reconciliation: Proven experience with bank reconciliations, transaction reconciliations,
financial movements, discrepancy analysis, and identifying root causes.
- Banking & Fintech: Experience in the banking or fintech industry is strongly preferred.
- Acquiring & Payment Processing: Understanding of payment transactions, acquirers, payment gateways, settlement processes, and financial flows.
- Excel: Intermediate to advanced proficiency is mandatory. Practical skills will be assessed through a technical test.
- English: C1 proficiency is mandatory, with the ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English in professional and client-facing environments.
- Valid Visa: A valid visa with at least 2 years of remaining validity is mandatory.
- Travel Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally according to project and client requirements.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to investigate discrepancies, interpret financial data, and develop effective solutions.
