The HR Partner plays a key role in fostering a positive, productive, and people focused workplace by partnering closely with leaders and team members across the organization. In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping drive employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. You will contribute to creating an exceptional employee experience by supporting managers through complex people related matters, strengthening workplace culture, and ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently and compliantly.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (EST)(EDT) (United States of America)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Supporting organizational change initiatives and workforce effectiveness programs
- Proactively monitoring employee concerns and identifying opportunities for intervention and support
- Serving as the primary HR point of contact for assigned departments and leadership teams
- Updating scorecards and performance tracking information in BloomGrowth
- Maintaining personnel records, HR documentation, and internal employee databases
- Supporting leaders with talent development planning and employee
