Application/Production Support with 3-5+ years of experience in strong incident troubleshooting skills, hands-on SQL, exposure to AWS services (Lambda, CloudWatch, RDS, DynamoDB), experience with ServiceNow/Jira, comfortable working Pacific Time shift, and capable of independently investigating production issues after training.
