A convenir Contrato a término indefinido Jornada completa DaVita Colombia is currently seeking a Development, Culture, and Well-being Specialist for Bogotá. You will be responsible for supporting the execution of training, well-being, and organizational culture initiatives, ensuring a positive employee experience and the achievement of departmental objectives. Candidates must have specific experience in well-being, training, or organizational development roles (not generalist HR positions), managing programs for populations of at least 500 employees with nationwide scope.

Experience coordinating activities, managing vendors, tracking KPIs, and partnering with leaders at different organizational levels will be highly valued. Availability to travel and work onsite is required, at least during the first three months to support cultural and role alignment.

Education: Bachelors degree in Psychology or related fields,



with a specialization in Organizational Development, Culture, or related areas.

Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar roles within companies with at least 500 employees.

English Level: Intermediate Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
