We are looking for a Junior Business Associate to join our LATAM Business Development team and help identify, engage, and qualify potential clients and partners within the CFD trading ecosystem .
This is a junior commercial role designed for someone with a strong interest in financial markets, sales, and business development , with the opportunity to develop into a full Business Development role.
You will work closely with senior members of the team, build a high-quality sales pipeline, conduct market research, and gain hands-on exposure to the full commercial cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential IBs, CPA partners, influencers, and direct clients across LATAM.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Myfxbook, social media, databases, cold calls, and email .
- Qualify prospects based on business potential, market presence, experience, and strategic fit.
- Manage lead follow-ups and maintain accurate records throughout the sales process.
- Schedule qualified meetings for senior BD team members and support them during meetings.




- Research market trends, competitors, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Share insights from daily outreach and prospect interactions to help improve commercial strategies.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's trading products, platforms, tools, and associated risks .
- Maintain accurate CRM records, contact histories, and sales pipelines.
- Participate in BD team meetings, training, coaching, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Follow all applicable compliance and internal procedures .
- Business travel and participation in industry events may be available based on business needs and performance.

Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in sales, business development, cold calling, lead generation, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong interest in financial markets, trading, FX, or CFDs . Previous industry experience is a strong plus.
