Customer Service & Admin Support | Remote | Support U.S. Clients
Compensation: USD $1,200 to $1,400 per month
Location: Fully remote

Higher Options is hiring an organized and service-minded Customer Service & Admin Support Representative to support U.S.-based clients remotely.
This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly in English, and keeps details, records, and follow-ups under control. It combines customer-facing support with administrative work behind the scenes.
What you'll do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with clarity, empathy, and accuracy
- Process service changes such as orders, renewals, and cancellations
- Document every interaction and keep CRM records updated, clean, and actionable
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments across time zones
- Organize shared inboxes and support email communication
- Prepare reports, documents, and customer communications
- Coordinate follow-ups, timelines,



and open tasks to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and Escalate complex cases when needed
- Contribute to internal improvements such as templates, FAQs, and process documentation

What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, EA, or similar roles
- Strong written and verbal English
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Experience with CRMs (such as HubSpot or Salesforce), Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Slack, Trello, and spreadsheets
- Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. business hours, primarily CST

Compensation: USD $1,200 to $1,400 per month
Location: Fully remote
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Paid time off: Often includes national holidays and paid vacation days, depending on the client.
