We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience recruiting for IT positions. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and presenting qualified candidates for client vacancies. The adecuado candidate has strong communication and analytical skills, understands IT profiles, and can manage multiple recruitment processes while providing a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified candidates for IT positions using job boards, professional networks, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements and client expectations.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ experience, technical background, communication skills, and overall fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines and multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Document screening results, candidate information, and recruitment progress accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Present qualified candidates to Account Managers for further evaluation and client consideration.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely updates regarding candidate status.




- Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience recruiting for IT positions.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and pre-screening interviews.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Bullhorn is preferred, but experience with other ATS platforms is acceptable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate candidates against job requirements and identify qualified profiles.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Adaptability, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of IT roles, technical skills, and common technology profiles.
- Experience recruiting for multiple clients or managing high-volume recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with Boolean search and other candidate sourcing techniques.
