Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage customer orders throughout the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Process domestic, export, and consignment orders, including order entry, order confirmation, invoicing, and order follow-up through delivery
- Coordinate customer complaints, service cases,



and order-related issues while driving timely resolution
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, accurate, and timely manner
- Process credit notes and debit notes related to sales orders and customer claims
- Build strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence
- Collaborate with Planning, Sales, Logistics, Export, Billing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful order execution
- Support process optimization initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement within the Order-to-Cash process
- Support internal and external audits while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Customer Service, Order Management, or related business-to-business environments
