Representative Northern Andean Region
As our Representative in the northern Andean region (Huancavelica, Apurímac, Ayacucho, Cusco, Puno, Arequipa, Moquegua), you will be an vital member of the Perucountry team.
This team consists of a country manager and 5 other representatives across Peru.
The PUM head office is based in The Hague, Netherlands, with around 50 employees.
What you’ll Do
- Acquire new clients: SMEs that align with PUM ’s mission within Food Security.
- Build and maintain networks with key stakeholders, including business clubs,



entrepreneurs, and professionals.
- Partner with entrepreneurs as they pursue sustainable and inclusive business growth.
- Coordinate collaboration between entrepreneurs and PUM ’s experts to ensure smooth project implementations.
- Deliver a minimum of 12 successful projects per year.

This is a versátil part-time role, offered on an independent contractor basis. As such, this role is not designed to serve as a primary source of income, but rather as a part-time or supplementary engagement alongside other work or income sources. The expected commitment is approximately 6-15 hours per week.
You will receive a monthly basic remuneration of €125 to cover your local travel, communication, and basic operational costs. In addition, you’ll receive a result-based remuneration of €500 per successful project. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, social security contributions,
