About the Role
You’ll oversee key operational teams, drive performance through SOPs and KPIs, and act as a critical link between leadership, clients, and operations. If you enjoy building teams, improving systems, and owning results, this role offers real influence and growth.

What You’ll Do
• Ensure accurate use of the TMS and complete, compliant shipment documentation.

• Monitor shipments, identify risks, and ensure teams act quickly to prevent service issues.

• Guarantee timely and accurate customer updates, meeting service standards (95%+ accuracy).

• Manage staffing, coverage, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development.

• Handle complex escalations with carriers and clients, delivering effective solutions.

• Evaluate carrier performance, compliance,



and service quality.

• Analyze KPIs, prepare operational reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Act as a key liaison between leadership and operations, ensuring clear communication.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven leadership experience in logistics or transportation operations.

• Strong background in carrier management, TMS usage, and SOP-driven environments.

• Experience leading teams, managing performance, and driving results through data.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
