Our client is a South Florida-based mortgage brokerage operating in a vibrant, bilingual English/Spanish market, serving realtor partners and homebuyers across the region. The Managing Broker is launching a year-long webinar campaign (running 3 sessions per month) designed to build strategic realtor partnerships, deliver educational value, and scale lead generation.? About the Role
You will serve as the dedicated outbound caller for the brokerage's realtor webinar campaign—sustaining a high daily volume of 300+ calls using a multi-line dialer to invite realtors to register and attend scheduled webinars. Additionally, you will conduct post-webinar follow-up calls with attendees to lock in direct "Lending Partner Meetings" with the Managing Broker.? Key Responsibilities
• ? High-Volume Outbound Calling: Place 300+ B2B calls per day to realtors from provided lists, inviting them to attend monthly partnership webinars.
