Logistics One Source (LOS) is looking for a proactive, motivated, and results-driven Sales Development Representative to take ownership of our inbound and outbound sales efforts.
At LOS, we provide specialized logistics outsourcing, fleet safety, and compliance solutions to transportation companies across the United States.
We're looking for someone who can do more than just contact leads. We want a professional who can understand potential clients' needs, identify business opportunities, effectively communicate our services, and help us develop and improve our sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales & Lead Management
• Contact potential clients who express interest in LOS through marketing campaigns and other inbound channels.
• Understand their business operations, challenges,
and specific interests to identify how LOS services can support their needs.
• Explain our services clearly, answer initial questions, and maintain consistent communication with interested prospects.
Outbound Sales & Business Development
• Identify and proactively reach out to potential clients within the US transportation and logistics industry.
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce LOS solutions.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, uncover business opportunities, and generate qualified leads.
Sales Pipeline & Client Engagement
• Manage leads throughout the sales process, from initial contact and qualification to scheduling meetings with our management team.
• Identify the services that best fit each prospect's needs and communicate those requirements to management to support a more personalized sales approach.
