? The Position
- Full-time remote — 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
- Starting pay: $600–$800 USD/month + performance-based bonuse
- Work on video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Learn new editing techniques, AI tools, and performance-focused creative strategies
? What We're Looking For
- Experience editing with Adobe Premiere Pro (REQUIRED)
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solvers who take initiative
- Fast learners who apply feedback and continuously improve
