The FP&A; Analyst is responsible in supporting enterprise financial planning and analysis through budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and strategic analysis. The role partners with leadership and operational teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Support the timely and accurate preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Own and maintain the long-range financial planning model.
- Develop and maintain enterprise cash flow forecasts.
- Perform enterprise revenue analysis and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build financial models to support strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Partner with Development and Operations teams on growth and strategic analysis.
- Prepare executive-level financial analyses, reports, and presentations.
- Support acquisition integration and value creation initiatives through financial analysis.
- Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Promote FP&A; best practices and improve financial planning and analysis processes.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and project leadership as needed.
- Support other financial projects and special assignments as required.
