Are you an experienced healthcare scheduling professional with exceptional customer service skills? We're looking for a Scheduler / Patient Services Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for patients while supporting daily healthcare operations.
? What You'll Do:
✅ Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
✅ Confirm appointments and provide procedure-related information.
✅ Manage and follow up on patient referrals.
✅ Coordinate follow-up visits with patients and healthcare providers.
✅ Assist with daily route planning and scheduling adjustments.
✅ Handle inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries.
✅ Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling data.
✅ Verify patient information and appointment details.
✅ Generate operational reports and organize administrative documentation.
✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Healthcare Scheduler, Medical Scheduler, or similar role.
✔️ Advanced English level (C1).
✔️ Experience scheduling patient appointments in a healthcare environment.
✔️ Strong customer service and communication skills.
✔️ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔️ High attention to detail.
✔️ Experience using administrative systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
✔️ Availability to work onsite in Medellín.
