Senior B2B Content Strategist (Remote, Colombia, Project-based)
Can you audit a B2B company’s digital presence, find what is costing it pipeline, and turn that into a roadmap leadership will approve? Can you take a complex B2B product, find the story its buyers will act on, and decide where that story should run?
Room4 Media is a strategic creative agency that helps brands communicate with clarity across the entire customer journey. We develop strategies and create impactful visual content to increase visibility, generate demand, and support business growth. Our clients are B2B companies across many industries in Europe and Latin America.
We are looking for a Colombia-based Senior B2B Content Strategist to work with our senior leadership. We start on a project basis. If the work is successful, it can lead to a full-time role. You take part in strategic meetings, internally and with clients, and you own the thinking: digital audits, roadmaps, the story, the creative briefs, and the distribution plan. Our in-house production team makes the work from your briefs. This is a strategy role.



It is not a social media, community management, or design role. Creating content for your own Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn following does not count as B2B strategy experience.
ABOUT YOU
• You have 5+ years in B2B content strategy, digital strategy, or communications, at an agency or in-house at a B2B company.
• You are a storyteller: you turn technical or complex subjects into a clear story buyers remember, without losing accuracy.
• You write creative briefs a production team can build from without coming back with questions.
• You have run digital audits and turned the findings into roadmaps that clients approved and paid for.
• You have built content strategies for complex products with long sales cycles and several decision-makers.
• You understand B2B buyer behavior: how buyers research, who influences the decision, and which content each role pays attention to.
