We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and solutions-oriented Senior IT Tech to join a growing IT services team supporting a U.S.-based organization. In this role, you will handle advanced technical support, manage network and cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot complex IT issues, and strengthen cybersecurity practices. You will also contribute to IT projects, automation initiatives, and the professional development of junior technicians. Duties / Task to perform• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Level 3 technical issues escalated by junior technicians, including network failures, server issues, software problems, and security incidents.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networking infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and virtualization environments.
• Administer and support cloud infrastructure,



including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential problems, and implement preventive maintenance procedures.
• Conduct cybersecurity assessments, investigate security threats, and implement security solutions such as MFA, encryption, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions, perform recovery testing, and support business continuity planning.
• Lead technical projects, including server deployments, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and network improvements.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to improve operational efficiency.
• Configure and optimize Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools for proactive system maintenance and monitoring.
