? We’re Hiring: Inventory Data Specialist
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to support restaurant inventory systems, data migration, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with CrunchTime, MarketMan, Restaurant365, or similar platforms
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Power Query, Pivot Tables)
• Experience with restaurant POS/inventory systems, ideally Toast
• Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Comfortable using AI tools for data and documentation
• Basic SQL, Power BI/Tableau, APIs, or SFTP/CSV experience is a plus
• Must be available during Eastern Time business hours

Required Qualifications

• Available to work Eastern Time (EST) business hours
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined audit habits
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the patience to work with non-technical restaurant operators




• Competency with AI tools to accelerate data preparation, documentation, and analysis
• Advanced Excel: XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, pivot tables, data validation, and managing large files without breaking references
• Familiarity with the restaurant tech stack adjacent to inventory: POS, accounting export/GL mapping, and scheduling/labor modules

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience administering a restaurant inventory platform (CrunchTime, MarketMan, Restaurant365, or similar)
• Basic SQL or BI tool exposure (Power BI, Tableau) for variance reporting across locations
• Comfort with APIs, file-based integrations (SFTP/CSV), and reading integration logs to diagnose failures
