About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team in a crucial support role for our Virtual CIOs.

We are looking for someone with a strong, hands-on technical/IT foundation who understands technology deeply and can bridge the gap between complex IT environments and practical client solutions. You will work closely with our vCIOs, taking on administrative and technical tasks to ensure smooth operations, high-quality client deliverables, and overall account success.

Key Responsibilities
• vCIO Operational Support: Partner with vCIOs to manage client processes, track follow-ups, and handle pre- and post-meeting action items.

• Documentation & Quoting: Assist in preparing accurate quotes, proposals, technology roadmaps, and client-facing documentation using internal tools and platforms.

• Client Engagement: Join client meetings as appropriate to offer technical insights, take detailed notes, and provide supplementary expertise.





• Solution Translation: Help translate complex technical requirements and client pain points into clear, practical IT solutions.

• Internal Platform Management: Navigate and utilize internal PSA/CRM/quoting systems to support account workflows and maintain clean data.

• Process Offloading: Streamline administrative and technical workloads so vCIOs can remain focused on strategy, relationship-building, and high-level client goals.

Requirements
• Fluent English Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills are required to interact directly with vCIOs, team members, and clients professionally and clearly.
• Strong Technical Foundation: Proven background in general IT, system administration, IT infrastructure, cloud services, or technical support.
