About the roleEndeavor Labs builds data and AI solutions for growing companies. Our client needs a modern data platform on Snowflake and Power BI so their team can trust their numbers and use them to make better decisions.
You will lead that work end to end. You will sit with stakeholders to understand what matters to the business, make sound data-driven calls on what to build, and see the project through to a result the client values. This is not a role for someone who only completes assigned technical tasks: you own the outcome.
What you'll do• Lead the data platform project from discovery to delivery, owning scope, timeline, risks, and trade-offs.
• Work with client stakeholders to understand their goals and turn them into clear requirements, metrics, and priorities.
• Shape the data architecture and model on Snowflake with the engineering team, and stay hands-on where the project needs it.
• Build or guide Power BI dashboards and reports that stakeholders actually use to make decisions.
• Turn data into clear presentations and recommendations for client leadership.
• Keep the client informed and aligned so the project ends with a result they consider successful.
What you'll bring• Lead- or manager-level experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data product management, with 5+ years of solid experience.
• A technical background, not just project management: for example, you moved into a PM or lead role from data engineering, data analysis, or software engineering.
• Hands-on experience building data platforms: data warehouses, pipelines, data modeling, and the reporting layer on top.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• A track record of leading projects from start to a successful result for a cl
