What you'll do
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services they receive and improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
• Work closely with our customers to understand how they work, their challenges, and translate their requirements.
• Onboard any new business and support existing business as well as coach them on how to best utilize Corva to optimize operations.
• Develop and maintain timelines and project documentation for onboarding phases.
• Capture notes and feedback from critical meetings, discussions, and Intercom conversations. Communicate issues proactively to appropriate partie
