About the Role
Numerator is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to manage and continuously improve our sales commissions process. This role will be responsible for ensuring commissions are calculated accurately, delivered on time, and supported by clear, scalable processes and controls.
The Sales Compensation Analyst will serve as a key partner across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Payroll, and People teams. In addition to executing the recurring commission cycle, this person will help improve the systems, data, reporting, and processes that underpin our sales compensation programs.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with operational discipline and a service-oriented mindset. The idóneo candidate is comfortable working with complex data,



investigating discrepancies, communicating with sales stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to automate and improve how commissions are managed.

What You’ll Do
Manage the Sales Commission Process
• Manage the end-to-end monthly and/or quarterly sales commission cycle, from data preparation and validation through calculation, review, approval, and submission to Payroll.
• Calculate commissions, bonuses, accelerators, SPIFFs, and other variable compensation components in accordance with approved compensation plans.
• Validate bookings, revenue, quota attainment, crediting, and other inputs used in commission calculations.
• Establish and manage a clear commission calendar, including deadlines, dependencies, reviews, approvals, and payroll handoffs.
• Perform quality-control checks to ensure commission payments are complete and accurate.
