? The Position
• Full-time remote — 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
• Starting pay: $600–$800 USD/month + performance-based bonuse
• Work on video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Learn new editing techniques, AI tools, and performance-focused creative strategies

• Experience editing with Adobe Premiere Pro (REQUIRED)
