About the Program
At Publicis Integral Delivery (PGD), we're looking for early-career digital marketing professionals who are ready to strengthen their skills and grow within Paid Social and Paid Search.
Professional Booster is an intensive learning program designed for professionals who already have some initial hands-on experience in digital advertising or campaign management and want to build stronger capabilities across Social and Search platforms.
This program is especially designed for professionals with around 6–8 months of experience who have already been exposed to paid media platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other digital advertising tools, and are looking to take the next step toward a more complete Social & Search Analyst role.
Previous experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads is not required, as these platforms will be part of the learning journey.
? This opportunity is open to candidates located anywhere in Colombia.
The program is completely free, practical, and led by experienced industry professionals.
? Who Are We Looking For?
• Professionals with approximately 6–8 months of experience in digital marketing, paid media, campaign management, social media advertising, or digital advertising operations.
• Some hands-on experience managing or supporting campaigns in platforms such as:
• LinkedIn Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Other Paid Social or digital advertising platforms
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Interest in campaign performance, optimization, and digital media.
• Curiosity and motivation to grow within Paid Social and Paid Search.
