About The Role
As a Small Business Success Coach, known inside Silver Lining as a silv=r™ Expert, you will help Silvers, the small business owners who use our platform to grow their businesses, turn plans into action. You will build trust quickly, understand the real barriers behind what an owner tells you, and use clear, persuasive communication to help them make practical progress. You will guide each Silver through their Silver Lining Action Plan (SLAP™), hold them accountable to the actions they commit to, and help them reach their sales goals.

This is coaching-heavy, accountability-driven, deeply human work. You will support, challenge, and influence Silvers while staying empathetic, professional, and focused on the next achievable action.

What You Will Do
• Run proactive support calls that build real relationships with Silvers
• Listen for the real barrier behind a missed commitment, a stall, or a stated problem
• Ask thoughtful questions about the business, its goals, history, and current reality before offering advice
• Help Silvers prioritize, simplify,



and take practical action without overwhelming them
• Agree clear next steps, gain commitment, and follow up consistently
• Balance empathy with accountability: acknowledge challenges without rescuing or enabling avoidance
• Support onboarding, implementation, and execution of the Silver Lining Action Plan
• Adapt your communication style to each Silver on every call
• Keep customer records, tickets, and deals up to date so any Expert on the team can step in with confidence
• Work as one interchangeable team, putting continuity of support ahead of owning particular relationships
• Flag risk, disengagement, or extra support needs early, and help the team solve problems
• Keep improving through feedback, reflection, and learning

• Experience in customer success, account management, client support, sales, business support, coaching, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role
