? About the Opportunity
We are looking for an E-commerce Head of Marketing (Remote) to lead our whole marketing department. You will work with a team of skilled specialists who already run their own areas: pricing, private label, paid ads, social media, SEO/GEO, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, and product data.

? Salary
Monthly Rate: $2,300 to 3,500 USD/month (based on experience and qualifications).
Performance Bonus: Paid based on results and goals reached.
Paid Time Off: 10 days per year.
Please note: The monthly rate does not include statutory benefits. As an independent contractor, you'll be responsible for your own statutory contributions (e.g., health, pension, severance) in accordance with your local regulations.

? What You’ll Do
• Lead the marketing team, set a clear direction, and turn strategy into monthly goals
• Directly manage 2 to 3 team members and coordinate with independent contractors in each area
• Manage priorities, workloads, and deadlines across all marketing areas
• Hold each area accountable for results, with clear targets and regular check-ins




• Review performance in paid ads, email, SEO/GEO, landing pages, and social media, and find ways to improve results
• Build simple, clear marketing reports for leadership
• Find gaps in our processes and make them faster and easier for the team

? What We’re Looking For
What You Need
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience in at least 4 of these areas: PPC, SEO/GEO, email marketing, social media, conversion rate optimization, pricing, or product data.
• At least 2 years leading a team.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of keeping a team organized and accountable.
• Clear results you can show with numbers (traffic, leads, sales, or revenue growth).
• Strong with data: you can read reports and turn them into decisions.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Strong English, written and spoken.
