We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to lead a team supporting U.S.-based final-mile/home delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and manage a team of 10+ dispatchers.

Oversee driver performance, route execution, and daily delivery operations.

Monitor KPIs, collect operational data, and prepare performance reports.

Resolve delivery exceptions, escalations, and operational challenges.

Communicate with drivers, internal teams, and leadership.

Qualifications

Fluent English (written and spoken) REQUIRED.

Experience managing 10+ direct reports REQUIRED.

Final-mile/home delivery dispatch and driver management experience. REQUIRED.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with data collection, reporting, and performance tracking.

Versátil availability to cover different shifts and weekends as needed.
