Hours: 11:30 AM - 8 PM EST

What You'll Do

- Configure and maintain enrollment data within internal systems.
- Enter, review, and update client information with a high level of accuracy.
- Generate enrollment, payroll, and operational reports.
- Validate data, identify discrepancies, and ensure information is complete.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, brokers, carriers, and vendors to support enrollment activities.
- Maintain detailed documentation and accurately record all communications.
- Manage assigned tasks and ensure deadlines and service levels are consistently met.
- Follow established processes, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Assist with software implementation, testing, and ongoing data support.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with data entry, administrative support, or database management.
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and software applications.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills,



especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with benefits administration, insurance, or enrollment systems.
- Previous experience supporting implementation or data migration projects.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or Agency Management Systems.
